We prepare statutory accounts fit to go to Companies House for Limited Companies or LLP's and compatable to be converted into tax returns for self employed traders and partnerships. These are prepared from any records although we are mindful of the conversion to the Inland Revenue's desire to receive quarterly returns in due course. These accounts are not always standard and can be fitted into your special requirements
Bookkeeping
This is often a chore for people as many want to make money and not be bothered with the administration. We can take the burden off your hands to any extent you wish, albeit VAT, CIS or other statutory returns; some may want to keep the statutory returns but just have the books maintained. Whichever you wish to do we can offer our services! We can also report back to you for any period you want, whether it be monthly, quarterly or annually.
Payroll and Automatic Enrolment
This is an area of difficulty where we can take the strain of the entire legal question off your hands. Some give us just hours, some annual payments. It really is up to you, but we can do the payroll calculation and then advise you of what to pay. Automatic enrolment sounded so simple didn't it?? We have been on appropriate courses and can take on the administration of letter writing, the duties required for the Pensions Regulator and the Declaration of Compliance. We can assess your workforce monthly to keep on top of your current requirements.
